Shimano RT-EM300 Disc Brake Rotor
- Centerlock interface uses a lockring to mount the disc rotor to the hub
- Centerlock rotors are interchangeable with all Shimano disc brakes as long as the hubs and rotor size match the caliper
- Unless otherwise noted, Centerlock rotors includes lock ring and washer
- Ice Tech brake rotors (RT-98; RT-81; RT-67) feature an aluminum core clad with stainless steel braking surfaces. The innovative design sheds weight, dissipates heat, and dramatically improves overall performance
- Freeza Technology (RT-99) features 3-layer structure with an aluminum core and stainless steel outer layers and additional aluminum cooling fins reduce rotor surface temperature by approximately 150 degrees Celsius compared to all-steel rotors

"Shimano doesn't recommend using 203 mm disc on a UCI type bike because riders can easily "over-brake" and kill, paralyze or give themselves a TBI. I'm using these on a recumbent with a pitch-over SSF > 1.2g so they should be fine. Now I can have braking performance similar to a car instead of having the worst braking performance vehicle on the road! This disc is also only suitable for resin pads not semi-metallic. The disc I received looks great and runs true! Thanks Cambria Bike"
