"I acquired an electra cruiser 7 speed. Steel frame, but all components were black, too much black, the rims were all scratched up on the side, obviously some cheap carbon fiber junk, so I replaced the rims with these steel chrome it made a major improvement all the way around. In fact I removed all the nasty black components and replaced with all chrome, my bike now looks like a true vintage cruiser, if it has a vintage look with a steel frame anyway why try to make it look like an all black mountain bike, I also put chrome fenders, people talk about weight but it really is not that heavy unless you are a wimp."
