HOW TO START A CLAIM
Before returning anything, contact us first. Every manufacturer warranty is different, and we'll point you in the right direction and submit the claim on your behalf.

WHAT WE DO
Cambria Bike acts as your agent throughout the warranty process β we'll communicate with the manufacturer and push for the best outcome we can get. That said, the final warranty decision rests with the manufacturer, not us.
WHAT MOST WARRANTIES DON'T COVER
Manufacturer warranties typically exclude:
- Damage from incorrect installation, misuse, neglect, or poor maintenance
- Unauthorized product modifications
- Normal wear on consumable parts β tires, tubes, brake pads, chains, cassettes, cables, and batteries
- Corrosion or material fatigue from extended use
- Competition or race use
- Labor costs for part replacements
A FEW IMPORTANT DETAILS
- Warranties apply to the original purchaser only and are non-transferable
- Proof of purchase is required for all claims
- Parts repaired or replaced under warranty are covered for the remainder of the original warranty period
- If repair or replacement isn't possible near the end of a warranty period, Cambria Bike may offer an alternative of equal or greater value, or a partial refund proportional to remaining product life
