You get what you pay for
"This is absolutely one of those areas where if you spend the money you will notice the difference less some outlier companies. The fit is far better, the breathability is better, the weight is better and the strap design is also better and they're not marginally better and the price isn't exactly even doubled it's less and so you absolutely get more bang for yoir buck. MIPS is something to research so you understand it as it's not necessarily better for you but my theory is the design is such that you don't have to buy a new one after a big crash assuming it physically checks out which to me is reassuring that was part of R&D into the quality and it shows. Well done guys"
