"Everything went great until the package was in the hands of FedEx. These people dropped the ball in so many ways. It ruined my entire weekend and my wife and I spent way over four hours on dealing with an awful automated system. Learn how to hire decent delivery drivers. My apartment complex has been here for decades and so has FedEx. So why couldn’t the driver find our hub locker? This happened 2 days in a row. There’s not one excuse or reason for this!! I delivered in 1990 and there was a system that helped us solve the simple task of being a decent delivery driver. This was before the internet and obviously the cell phone. I bought my first cell phone while on the clock delivering pizza from Sprint in 1999 and it wasn’t because I couldn’t find somebody’s front door. The SRAM Crank arms I ordered were shipped almost immediately and in perfect form. My 6’1 self switched from 165mm to 160mm and it was an excellent decision."

The newly redesigned crank arms

"The newly redesigned crank arms are much more sleek in design and weigh less than is predecessor. Overall much more handsome as well, great job with the redesign SRAM!"
