"They are Comfortable and nice fabric but deteriorate after wash. See the pics only after 2 washes. It looked same after 1st wash also. My other socks last many washes before they are in this condition. I guess if you hand wash them, then possibly you can keep them from deteriorating like this."

"Real wool. If you are unfamiliar or new to real wool products it might be helpful to note that they have a slight scent of natural wool smell before a few washes are completed. I usually wash once and wear as normal and let smell dissipate after several wears and washes. So don’t assume product is “off”, it’s just real. If oder is something you’re not happy about, I would suggest washing gently a few times before wearing following wool sock washing instructions. Nice product, would buy again."
