Ideal pedal for recreational riders who commute and tour. Combines SPD mechanism on one side and flat pedal body on the other, you can ride with cleats or normal shoes.

Works for me!

"This is my 2nd pair of these pedals, having lost the first ones when my bike was stolen in 2020. I like being able to use w and without bike shoes, as well as the ease of clipping in and out. They worked great right out of the box, no adjustments needed. One thing I overlooked (and forgot) - they come with spd cleats for your shoes so I didn’t need to buy a separate pair. I chose to keep the separate set I bought as a spare. They may seem heavy for some riders but work for me. Never had a single problem with the first pair I owned and these are just as rugged."
