"Shimanos clippers is always by go-to. Got a new ride and outfitted it with these pedals. Perfect fit and seamless operation. I love that Shimano really hasn’t changed the design for the last 25 years."
"A decent inexpensive pedal. Be sure to adjust the spring tension for the release before hitting the road as they came a bit too tight for easy release. Easy enough to find the clip side, but they are a bit heavier than many other pedals I have."
"These pedals are the ticket for my Vado 4. 0. I can just hop on for short rides or clip in for long rides."
"Great quality with Shimano design. Holds clipped shoe and has the option for not clipped shoe. Very versatile."
"I've got four pairs of these on different bikes. Best campus pedal out there."
"I have these on my commuter/hybrid bike, and the ability to use both my cycling shoes and sneakers/flats when needed is great. The SPD clips work smoothly (as you'd expect from Shimano), and I look forward to putting lots of miles on the way to/from work with these."
"This is my 2nd pair of these pedals, having lost the first ones when my bike was stolen in 2020. I like being able to use w and without bike shoes, as well as the ease of clipping in and out. They worked great right out of the box, no adjustments needed. One thing I overlooked (and forgot) - they come with spd cleats for your shoes so I didn’t need to buy a separate pair. I chose to keep the separate set I bought as a spare. They may seem heavy for some riders but work for me. Never had a single problem with the first pair I owned and these are just as rugged."
"fast and convenient"
"A quality product, as usual from Shimano. The 3 stars is for the weight. These suckers are heavy.! I'm sure they will last two lifetimes. It's nice to basically have two pedals in one."
