Simple, efficient, and cheap
"Product quality seems a bit underwhelming out of the box. Except for the bearings, the whole thing is made out of thin plastic yet, once installed it works perfectly. The tube that connects both ends is too short to reach for my bottom bracket so I took it off all together and it works fine. Price is great."
