They did when I bought mine but that was a while ago
Does this fit any diameter bottom bracket?
This front derailleur will need to be pair with an E-type bottom bracket to be mounted correctly. E type bottom brackets are held in place by the bottom bracket when mounted.
Is the down pull model also top pull compatible?
The down pull model is down pull only and the top pull model is top pull only.
Can you put a shim in the derailleur to make it 28.6
You will need to purchase the appropriate clamp size as this does not come with shims.
