4 star braking... Five stars for the value
"I recently picked up a used fixie and decided to put brakes on while I learn to ride it. I’m 190 lbs, and I’m sick of road bikes with cheap rim brakes that won’t stop me… but I also didn’t want to spend more than the bike is worth on a temporary fix. I feel like I completely nailed it with these brakes. They feel crisp and reassuring, and the price was reasonable. Obviously, they don’t stop like hydraulic discs, but I gave five stars because it seems like the sweet spot of stopping power vs. cost for a rim brake. Glad I didn’t spend less, and glad I didn’t spend more"
