"I’m giving this company one star because my son ordered a bicycle without my initial approval. I contacted the company immediately to cancel the order, but I was told it was too late and that I would have to return it within 90 days at my own expense for shipping. Since I had already planned to buy my son a bike anyway, I decided to keep the order. However, when the bicycle arrived, it was not the bicycle that was originally ordered. The color was different, and several other details of the bike were different as well. Luckily, my son decided he was okay with keeping the bike, so we did not go through the hassle and expense of returning it. However, receiving a different bicycle than the one ordered was very disappointing, and the overall experience was not what I expected."
