"My rating is based on a few factors. In terms of shoe design and build, they seem great and have many positive attributes. Great looking bike shoe with casual wear attractiveness. That’s a plus. They run small. Very small. I ordered my size, and they don’t remotely fit. Cambria mentions nothing about this in their description, however, if you visit Ride Concepts site they do. Going up half a size probably won’t cut it either. Based on what I can feel, a full size larger may work. Cambria also wants to charge you for the return, even if the issue isn’t your fault. I’m going on a week since I requested a return and still haven’t heard back from them."
