Great Products and Awful Service
"The product is great and Cambria always has the part. However, the customer service is seriously lacking at this time. Tim, their customer service rep, makes you feel like he's doing you a favor, offers no information or advice and is surley. Earlier in the year, I ordered a set of wheels and a fork and he knew that the parts were intended for the same bike build. The hub of the front wheel was not compatible with the fork and the rims were actually different widths. I've spent over $10K on a bike and I used Cambria (because they had what I needed) but do your research, carefully read the product info on their site..., Because, you'll get limited (to no) assistance from Tim. This is hard for me to say, as I've been a Cambria customer for over Twenty years."
