Hardshell ABS: The hardshell construction is made of a durable, high density, injection molded ABS shell, ideal for an aggressive riding style at an affordable price.
EPS: EPS foam liners have become the industry standard for maximum impact-absorption at the lowest possible profile. All certified helmet styles from Pro-Tec feature EPS foam liners paired with in mold or hardshell outer construction.

Dri-Lex: Dri-Lex is mastery over perspiration, and it comes from its hydrophobic (moisture-hating) polyester and hydrophillic (moisture-loving) nylon. This combination creates a 2-zone Comfort Lining resulting in a push-pull effect that pulls perspiration off the skin and deploys it to the outer layer to rapidly dry. Dri-Lex is non-wrinkling, resists odor and mildew, is breathable and quick drying.
