"The bike was delivered in non operating condition. The led hub is flashing red, indicating a problem between the drive unit and the battery. The box was not damaged so I assume the problem was not caused during shipment. Are these bikes checked by your techs before shipment. This should have been corrected at Cambria before putting it in a shipping box. I was advised by TimSchmidt to bring to my local Pivot dealer. Thanks for the support."
