I bought expensive tubes and now I'm faster

"I'm not a techie, I don't know if it is because of weight savings, or the way this material behaves inside the tire vs butyl, I don't know if is because of the added comfort, I really don't know... all I know is that I'm few watts faster and the marginal gains that this expensive tube offered me have helped me to enjoy more the local fast Saturday ride. On the negative side (hence the one minus star), I have found the valve on this tube to be temperamental compared to a regular butyl tube valve. I might have to buy a new air pump if I want to keep using this tubes (an extra expense on top of the already expensive tubes). In short... if you have money to spend on marginal gains... this is a good buy, but you may have to upgrade your floor pump. Cheers, Luis from Tucson AZ"

Great tubes

"They are my solution to not having tubeless tires. They are light and have good rolling resistance. I find them more durable than butyl tubes and they hold air as well as butyl tubes. The only drawback is that they are expensive and cannot be patched. That's the only reason I didn't give them a five star rating."
