Mavic Quest Pro 27.5" MTB Tire


The Quest Pro 27.5 inch folding tire from Mavic was designed as a rear specific tire. The Quest Pro folding bead is for Enduro style riding made from a dual compound rubber giving good traction to the tire but keeping rolling resistance low. The tire has an aggressive center knob pattern giving better braking and rolling efficiency, the high side knobs give better grip when cornering hard. This also helps the tire to clear mud from the tread. The Quest Pro folding bead also features Mavics guard 2 to protect against punctures. The tire is tubeless ready and available in a 2.25 or 2.35 inch. Tire weight is 720 grams for 2.25 or 780 g for 2.35.

"These tires fly under the radar a bit, but the inflate to full 2.4" on a 25mm inner rim, they roll near as fast as a XC tire and almost grip like a trail tire, a true tweener! Only caveat is the wear quickly if you ride them on the road, so stay dirtside!"
