Nice system with a couple of quirks
I finally settled on this pump/CO2 delivery system for the versatility of having CO2 with a hand pump as a backup. One of the biggest complaints is that it unscrews removable presta valve cores. The included instructions tell you to loc-tite removable valve cores in order to prevent this. It's a bit of extra fuss, but it completely takes care of the issue. The other quirk is the strapping system. After hastily unstrapping the unit from the packaging card, I really struggled to figure out how the straps were supposed to work. There are 2 straps that are somehow combined when you receive it, but I could never figure out how they were originally put together. In the end I used the short strap to secure the pump to the frame mount, and put a couple CO2 cartridges in my saddle bag.
Other than these quirks, the system works well. As most would expect, the pump is pretty hard to use when you get to higher pressure, but it will still pump. I like the fact it has a flexible hose, so it puts less sideways pressure on tire valves. It's small, and light, and looks good attached to my bike. Overall a very nice versatile system.
