Specifically designed for 1x setups. The Southpaw mounts underneath the left handlebar so you can safely actuate your dropper post without sacrificing your grip.
Compatibility: Intended for use with KS dropper posts, the Southpaw is a front-feed design, so the barrel end of the cable is at the lever and the cable is clamped at the dropper.
Previous models were available in a 22.2mm split clamp bar mount only, but options will be available for Shimano I-Spec II, I-Spec EV, and SRAM Matchmaker X options.
Materials: Alloy lever body, stainless steel hardware.
Tension adjuster: Yes, there is a barrel adjuster on the remote to adjust the cable tension.
What's in the box: Remote only. KS posts come with inner cable and housing included so they don't include these with the remotes.
