"The bike arrived with visible damage. There is a dent and the paint has peeled off, which should not happen with a new bike. Very disappointed with the condition it was delivered in."

"The bike arrived in a timely fashion; however, upon further examination I noticed a dime sized paint chip missing from the pedal arm. I have reached out to support and will continue to work with them on a solution. As for the bike, I have ridden the Force Carbon several times and it tracks well on all terrains. Duluth, MN has over 100 miles of trails from single track to mountain rock. The bike climbs and descends well. The weight is a bit more than I originally expected, but for an enduro bike that can be expected."
