"I submitted a return request last Friday RMA#6UJ04ZP7 They said they will send another email with further instructions but nothing so far. I did send a separate email, no response and tried calling some phone numbers from online, nothing goes through. I understand delays can happen but the lack of follow-through has made the return process frustrating. I would appreciate some kind of contact so we can resolve this situation."
"The shoes seem to be well constructed. My only issue is that the straps are not long enough. Once a foot is in the shoe, the straps do not close completely over the velcro. This will lead to dirt getting in/on the velcro and the shoes not closing properly."
