"Bought this as a pair of shoes to use on and off the bike for a spin type class. They have a flexible enough sole that they a very walkable and a SPD cleat doesn’t drag on the floor. Lots of grippy lugs would be good on trails as well. I’d recommend these for anyone who wants a walkable mountain biking shoe with laces and not the boa type closure, also works well for spin classes or road cycling if you want something very walkable."
