The Garmin HRM-Dual Heart Rate Monitor is premium heart rate strap that transmits real-time heart rate data over ANT+® connectivity and BLUETOOTH® Low Energy technology. This gives you more options to train indoors, outdoors, or even online. With it, you’ll be able to consistently receive accurate heart rate on your Garmin device, in online training apps such as Zwift, or even the compatible fitness equipment at the gym.

HRM-Dual features a soft chest strap that is comfortable and adjustable. To wash, simply remove the heart rate module.

A nice heart rate strap

"I had the original Garmin HRM strap back in the day and this new one is so much nicer. I like that the electronics package can be separated from the strap itself so that you can wash it and this new one doesn’t seem to be any bulkier than the older one. It’s comfortable and I really like the newer clasp system over the older one."
