What is Neo?

To make Transfer Neo’s actuation feel instantaneous, we needed a signal to reach the dropper at a speed faster than any wireless protocol that was available. So, we made our own – Neo.

The New Fox Bike App

Transfer Neo is fully supported by the FOX Bike app, allowing riders to quickly access an overview of components, download firmware updates, and activate features like Bike Park Mode and Transport Mode. It also monitors service intervals.

• Speed: 26 milliseconds from lever press to post movement.
• Battery Life: 30 to 40 hours for the main battery, with a 12-month life for the CR2032 in the lever. Charging takes approximately 1.25 to 1.5 hours using the included dock and USB-A to USB-C cable.
• Sizing Options: Available in 100mm, 125mm, 150mm, 175mm, and 200mm drop options in 30.9mm and 31.6mm, with additional 125mm, 150mm, 175mm, and 200mm options in 34.9mm.
• Power Management: The system turns on automatically with Shake-to-Wake and sleeps after five minutes of inactivity.
