Inject Grease Into Pedals
"Crank Bros Stamp 11 or any pedal with a ‘grease port’ (flat head screw). This sends grease (Finish Line Teflon or Park Tools Poly in tube, cut off any nipple to get only thread in to gun) into each bearing with decent force to get to the inner bearing. Renewed my pedals with this once before a rebuild and lasts a long time vs just changing the bearings."
