"This simply works when degreasing metal components. Yet, clear plastic parts may become filmy or foggy if remnants of citrus degreaser remains . Recommend rinse or wipe down plastic component parts with water after degreasing and you should be fine. Been doing this procedure since the 90s without any issues. Highly recommend."
