This is my second set

"This is my second set at what appears to be the best deal on carbon cranks around. I pull the 2x chainrings and swap in either Raceface or Easton 1x rings. Same architecture and can be had for relatively inexpensive. Other than needing a 30mm bottom bracket, it's a good to go set with only 2. 5mm more length than I prefer. All told I can't tell if they are 172. 5 by feel compared to a 170 and so far no major toe overlap or pedal strikes than normal."

Q&A

What’s a good bottom bracket for this crankset? I thought my stock one would work but the diameter of the Easton spindle is much larger than stock crank. I have a 2023 Cannondale topstone carbon 3
A bottom bracket for a 30mm spindle
So for clarification, if a guy had a cinch direct mount 36t single chainring, he could remove the stock 2x cluster and install the 36t (1x), correct?
Great question. Yes, if you already have a CINCH direct‑mount 36t 1x chainring, you can remove the stock 2x spider/chainring cluster on this EC90 crankset and install your 36t direct‑mount ring in its place. The EC90 uses Easton’s CINCH interface, so the swap is fully compatible.
What is the difference between the EC90 crankset - OE, and the EC90 SL crankset?
These are essentially the same crankset except one was bought in bulk to be spec'd on bike builds while the other is offered as an aftermarket purchase . The decals are the main difference.
Does this product come with the crankset and chainrings?
Yes, both chainrings and the crank arms. Add a bottom bracket and go ride!
Do the chainrings come on a spider or are the similar to the 1x and connected to each other?
The 50/34 and 52/36 come with a "standard" shimano 110 bcd asymmetric spider. The 47/32 and 46/30 are cinch standard chainrings with bolt holes for the smaller chainrings.
