    Eastern 27.5 review

"Solid bike for the price, purchased this for my 13 year old sons birthday. He’s totally into MTB. The frame, rims, tires, seat, seat post, bars are all solid. The derailleur took some time to get adjusted to shift right. The brakes although they worked started leaking from the levers by the 3rd day and the front doesn’t work at all at this point. I ended up getting MT201 for it from my local REI store for my sons safety and my piece of mind."

    I highly recommend this hardtail

"I highly recommend this hardtail as a great entry level bike. I use it on free ride trails and take some pretty good size jumps and drop offs with it and it seems to do great. Tim at Cambria is the best. We had a little hiccup with shipping and he took care of it right away. I highly recommend Cambria bike to anyone."

Garbage brakes but still good value

"Purchased this for my wife, (blue one). Pros and Cons: Pros: Decent fit and geo for the price, surprisingly light for what it is, most components are serviceable. Frame appears to have a 44 headtube, so it could probably fit a tapered fork with a lower headset swap. Price was great, and shipping fast. Cons: QR wheels are kind of a bummer, but at the price it is barely a con. The brakes are spongey out of the box, and good luck finding a manual on them. This is the biggest con, because of the safety concern this causes. I should have looked a little more into them before purchasing, but at the sale price, I figured why not? After my research on how to bleed them, I will be swapping these brakes out...I just don't trust them. I would recommend anyone who buys this bike to do the same. Bottom line: This is still a solid value at the price. It was easy for me to assemble, appears to have been adjusted before shipping, and was packaged well. At the price you could probably swap the brakes and still be ahead. That being said, i have to give it 3 stars due to the brakes. A beginner could find themselves in trouble fast with these."

    Great Bike for the Price

"High quality bike for a great price. My only complaint is that it did not come with a dropper seat post. I am very happy with my purchase overall."

Great bike and great service from Cambria bike!

"This is a great budget friendly bike that with a few small upgrades can be an excellent trail/gravel bike at the price you will get this bike at please do not expect the best of components on it.with that said, during shipping the rear derailleur was damaged and left the bike unridable but Cambria was fast to act and fix the problem! Thank you cambria.the only upgrades I have done was to add a sram x5 derailleur which works awesome with the shifter on the bike, the next upgrade was to add a set of budget friendly crank brothers stamp 1 pedals, available at Cambria as well which made a world of difference with that contact point, the third upgrade was to add a ergon smc gel seat on it, that being said the stock Eastern seat was not terrible and ridable but not a great seat either. All and all I have not complaints with this bike even with the minor setbacks or short comings and Cambria does and will go above and beyond to keep your customer satisfaction at 100%!"
