Raleigh M80 26" bike conversion into Single speed
"This DMR tension seeker was for a Mountain Bike conversion into Single speed for the purpose of having less & minimum down time in maintenance of the rear shifter derailleur and have more time to go riding around, without all the hassle of having to adjust the rear gear derailleur shifts at a bike shop. So far this tension seeker has worked better than the single speed tensioner's used before. The red pulley on the DMR STS gives the pedaling a certain smoothness,when biking along the road. Other Single speed Gear tensioner's don't have the same firmness as this one. I added a front chain guard with the 104bcd Single Gear cog, and some chain sway has noticeable decreased, on the last 10 mile + ride. This bike has been accruing more & more miles now, since it was bought Brand New in Berkeley, CA in 1999."
