"Very familiar with Shimano setup. Went to egg beaters and it’s a great name for how my ankles and calves feel. Similar to a hole punch, the axle end opposite the crank is really sharp. Can’t crank bro’s just knock the edge off?"

"For riding off road you can’t beat this pedal. You can step into it from several angles. I’ve needed a bit more practice stepping in as I’ve only ever owned shimano, but that being said, for the price it’s impressive."
"These were a replacement for crank Brothers candy. I have really liked any crank bros pedal I have used, this is the 2nd time I have gotten eggbeaters, and once again they have proved to be great, I wpuld full recommend"
"Purchased as replacements for Eggbeater 3s due to the hammering they get in southern utah. Simple. Release easily. Only con is weight but not a problem on the enduro bike. Price/value is good as well"
"I’ve ridden shimano pedals for years and decided to try these out. I’ve only used them for a few weeks but I have loved that it’s super easy to clip in and out with all four sides and the tension in the pedals is a nice setting that hold super well. My only knock is that setup with shoes is harder than shimano as you need to get the cleats to the correct height and can only use mtb shoes, not road with two holes, as you need the stability from the added soles."
"Easy in, easy out. Feel secure when in. Durable."
