Decent for the price
"This was just what I needed to fix up and old Leader bike. It's a pretty basic single wall wheel but the bike is going to be a commuter bike so I'm sure it'll be all right. The bearing cones came already loose so you'll need to adjust them yourself. The grease wasn't great so I repacked them while I was adjusting the cones. The wheel was true enough for a machine build wheel but I still put it on a stand and trued it some more."
