I absolutely love the KUDU

"I absolutely love the KUDU hydration pack! Compared to my MULE, it's a little taller with more storage space. More storage = more stuff to pack! The wide waist strap is a nice upgrade which helps to keep the pack secure. For my long rides, bringing 100 ounces is a must I.E. I'd rather have more and not need it vs the opposite. Regarding protection, there's an option to keep the back insert in or out. For personal safety reasons, it'll always be included. The color is bright which assists with visual contact. While my MULE pack will still be used, this KUDU pack is going to see a lot of miles as well."

Great bag but heavy

"This pack is different than some of the other I've used because of the back protection inside the bag. It makes it heavy but it feels very comfortable and having the added protection makes me feel better. I used to ride with a very large tactical bag and a full complement of tools and parts for my bike. Everything fit into this new bag but it was tight. The added comfort of this bag is amazing. The color is a big plus too, very bright so I hopefully wont get shot during hunting season."

"This is a very well designed pack with numerous features that make it a great choice. It is definitely larger than I thought it was going to be so might be more pack than is needed for a short ride but I am covered for more lengthy summer adventures now. The built-in rain cover is handy and the back protection is easily removable which lightens it considerably. I bought it as a replacement for a Rogue that I got thirty years ago and I am more than covered for the next thirty years."
