"Plastic is easy to squeeze and the cap doesn't leak at all (compared to some of my cheapo bottles). I typically like water bottles with a push pull valve that has a lip on it so you can hold it with your teeth when shifting bottles between cages, but I may be a convert to how easy this is to use."
