"These pads fit me very well. They are flexible, breathable, comfortable. I'm 5'10" 170 lbs and went with the Large size based on the sizing guide. These elbow pads are great when you want reasonable protection with light weight and comfort. They are not intended for extreme speed DH use. Better suited to XC, All-Mountain riding. Nice quality. Silicone grippers keep in place. Comparable to Dainese Pro Trail Skins Air elbow pads. I'd buy these pads again."
