"First time user of Cues...I am a retired bicycle mechanic ..Straight out of the box this CUES U6000 Crankset was mounted and torqued using a torque wrench...the cheap plastic trim ring provided Shimano that is integrated into the provided bottom bracket bolt snapped and now it looks just exactly like it truly is. Like crap. This CUES CRANKSET IS A POS."

"I haven't actually built this on to a frame yet, but the shipping was fast and it came in the original packaging which was nice. It seems the same quality as all other Shimano parts I've handled so I'm sure it will be fine."
