"First time using/seeing/installing a dropper post. I'm fairly handy but mountain bikes are totally new to me and I'm nearly 40. Item was packaged great and came with everything it said it would. Note that you will need a lever and cable kit that does not come with this post. After watching a few videos and installing it everything worked great! Had to play with the lever to get it just right but the post does what it's supposed to. Major helpful out on the trail."
