The helmet offers extra safety with SPERICAL MIPS technology. The impact forces are redirected by allowing the outer helmet shell to rotate around the inner shell in the event of an impact. FUSION IN-MOLD POLYCARBONATE SHELL:
The EPS foam is injected directly into the thin micro shell while it is still in the mould, instead of shaping it separately and sticking it on.

MIPS SPHERICAL:
This is a further development of the MULTI-DIRECTIONAL IMPACT PROTECTION SYSTEM (MIPS) and replaces the plastic sliding pieces of the original system. Serving an important function within the MIPS SPHERICAL sliding system are the two layers of EPS foam. This construction offers more protection without compromising on comfort or ventilation. The MIPS SPHERICAL design is based on the concept of a ball-in-socket, with an invisible, low-friction layer that slides between two EPS layers. This elegant design allows the outer shell to rotate independently from the helmet itself when there is a rotational impact. The result is a reduction of rotational forces and the elimination of the plastic sliding layer of the original MIPS system.

FLOAT FIT RACE:
The fitting system is small, lightweight and incredibly versatile. FLOAT FIT RACE offers a height adjustment range of approx. 22 mm and allows for precise pad width adjustments at the back of the head. The fit system is seamlessly connected with the MIPS system.

OVERBROW VENTILATION:
The ventilation system pulls cool air in through the front of the helmet. Special air channels then usher the cool air over the head while letting warm air escape. Deep intake ports on the brow draw in cool air.

NO-TWIST TRI-GLIDES:
The strap system is easy to adjust, keeps the straps flat and prevents twisting – which helps save some energy when riding in the wind.

FIDLOCK:
Strong, built-in magnets allow for easy fastening and secure locking.
