Saved My Exercise Bike

I bought a spin type exercise bike from Amazon that has been giving me problems with the pedal stripping since I bought it. This is the second time I've had to repair it. The first time I bought this insert off ebay and it started unraveling during installation but this one is way sturdier. My bike is working again so I'm happy. I bought an extra just in case something went wrong but so far so good.
