These larger diameter grips have a sturdier and more supportive feel than a typical mushroom grip. Thickness in the correct places. The sipes/channels keep it reasonable grippy without feeling sticky. This is not tacky grip.
A subtle rigid end cap is impregnated into the grip and makes other single inboard clamped on grips jealous.
