"I don't know if you can get a better deal on a fork than this. While it has the basic damper, adjustability is still great. Fork is stiff, eats rock gardens, and is confidence inspiring in big sends."
This is a 38mm stanchion
"This is a 38mm stanchion enduro fork that is designed for aggressive riding. The Grip damper in this fork has low speed compression and low speed rebound adjustments only. It feels great to me and I haven’t wished for high speed compression and rebound adjustments. The air spring is sensitive and breaks into the travel easily but feels supportive and doesn’t blow though the travel. The fork I purchased came with two volume reducers installed. The air spring feels like it ramps up more deep in the travel with the volume reducers installed. You do need specific shaft clamps and a Fox seal bullet tool if you want to be able to service and re-grease the air spring yourself, but Fox publishes easy to follow service guides - so it’s still pretty easy. I also really like the semi-floating axle that helps keep the fork legs properly aligned. When you install the front wheel, you thread the axle into the threads in the non-drive side fork leg and tighten the axle. Then you tighten the pinch bolts that hold the end of the axle on the drive side, resulting in properly aligned legs and minimal friction. Rides great and you can easily change the travel by purchasing and swapping in a different length air spring."
