Perfect leggings to go over

Perfect leggings to go over my padded cycling shorts on cold days (50s). Nice fabric and color. I normally wear medium petal Izumi shorts but these large fit fine. I’m 5’6” 133 lbs and wear size small tights in Avia and medium in Xersion leggings. If I bought these to run in I’d probably get a medium since the waist is not snug enough for the bounce of running.
