You can use music streaming services such as Spotify, Deezer and others on your Forerunner 945. For offline use, you can save up to 1000 songs on the watch and play them back at any time.
Extended Physiological Functions

With the Forerunner 945 you can always keep an eye on your training status, your stress focus of the last 4 weeks, VO2max values, recovery times and aerobic and anaerobic training effects. Even altitude and heat acclimatization effects are taken into account when evaluating your physiological data.
Connected Features
If you have missed a call or an SMS, you can simply send a predefined message, for example "I'll be home soon". With the LiveTrack and GroupTrack functions, you can let friends and family, or even your colleagues, follow your tour in real time. Uploads to Garmin Connect are performed automatically.

With the Garmin Pay feature you can make contactless payments with your watch. So you don't need to pocket a wallet or annoying change during training.
